Kenton Ridge won the last time they faced Mechanicsburg and things went their way on Saturday too. The Cougars put the hurt on the Indians with a sharp 3-0 win.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-3, 25-9, 25-19.

Olivia Everhart was a one-woman wrecking crew as she had 12 digs and six aces.

Everhart wasn't the only good servers: Kenton Ridge was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 13 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in 26 consecutive matchups dating back to last season.

Kenton Ridge is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season. As for Mechanicsburg, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-9.
