Plumas Charter came tearing into Thursday's contest with ten straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12.8 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 14-6 margin over the Happy Camp Indians. Considering the Warriors have won ten games by more than six runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Nate Patterson and Dalton Bentz were major factors no matter where they played. Throwing, Patterson pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, Bentz pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. The dominant performance also gave Patterson a new career-high in strikeouts (four). At the plate, Patterson went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run, while Bentz went 1-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Bentz is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games he's played.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Jhett Neer, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI. He has become a key player for Plumas Charter: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 4-7 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Owen Joseph, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and two runs.

Plumas Charter pushed their record up to 14-7 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Happy Camp, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-5.
