The matchup between Hollins and Canterbury on Friday hardly resembled the 1-0 effort from their previous meeting. Everything went the Hollins Royals' way against the Canterbury Crusaders as the Hollins Royals made off with an 8-0 win. Considering the Royals have won three contests by more than six goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting Canterbury from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Samuel Pita led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

The victory made it two in a row for Hollins and bumps their season record up to 4-5-1. As for Canterbury, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Lakeside Christian the next time they take the pitch. Canterbury will host Lakeside Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, while Hollins will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
