Basketball Recap: Forest Wildcats vs. Lake Howell Silverhawks
Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Forest couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell 42-31 to the Lake Howell Silverhawks on Monday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wildcats of the 40-39 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2021.

Several Wildcats players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Isaac Timmons, who posted seven points and nine rebounds.
