Football Recap: Cecilia Comes Up Short

The Cecilia Bulldogs were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Thursday as they fell 60-56 to the St. Amant Gators. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cecilia's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for St. Amant, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Cecilia will challenge Northside at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. Amant, they will square off against Kennedy at 7:00 p.m. on the 19th.
