Garden City's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 15-0 margin over Dodge City. Considering the Buffaloes have won seven matchups by more than eight runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory made it two in a row for Garden City and bumps their season record up to 7-3. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 17.0 runs over those games. As for Dodge City, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-19.
