Baseball Recap: Chapel Hill Takes a Loss

Chapel Hill was the 3-2 winner over Jordan when they last played one another back in March of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. Chapel Hill fell just short of Jordan by a score of 4-3 on Tuesday.

Chapel Hill saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brandon Kark, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and two RBI. Andy Cummings also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Chapel Hill's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-4. As for Jordan, their record now sits at an identical 6-4.

While Chapel Hill had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
