Softball Recap: North Bend Comes Up Short

North Bend lost against Marist on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bulldogs came up short against the Spartans, falling 15-5. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

North Bend's defeat dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Marist, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 11-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Bend will host Junction City at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Marist, they will welcome Marshfield at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Spartans are facing the Pirates at the right time seeing as the Pirates are stuck on a six-game losing streak.
