Basketball Game Preview: Racine Case Eagles vs. Burlington Demons

The Racine Case Eagles will head out on the road to take on the Burlington Demons at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Racine Case is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They breezed past Racine Horlick to the tune of 94-66 on Thursday. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 186th, while the Rebels are ranked 401st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Burlington got the win against Wilmot on Friday by a conclusive 57-36. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Demons.

The victory got Racine Case back to even at 11-11. As for Burlington, their win bumped their record up to 10-13.

Racine Case came up short against Burlington in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, falling 62-51. Can Racine Case avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
