Volleyball Recap: East Marshall Comes Up Short

East Marshall was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to Prairie City-Monroe.

East Marshall's defeat dropped their record down to 9-19. As for Prairie City-Monroe, they pushed their record up to 10-2 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

East Marshall didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against North Mahaska on the 11th. As for Prairie City-Monroe, they will challenge Greene County at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
