Wolcott RVT had already won six in a row and they went ahead and made it seven on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Lewis Mills Spartans. The Wildcats have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Spartans, too.

One reason for the win was Wolcott RVT's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-19, 25-11.

Wolcott RVT's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-2. As for Lewis Mills, they are on a 26-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Wolcott RVT has already played their next matchup (against CREC [Civic Leaderdship/Academy of Aerospace and Engineering/Metropolitan Learning Center]), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Lewis Mills, they will head out to take on South Windsor at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
