Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Somerset). They claimed a resounding 72-20 win over the San Antonio Memorial Minutemen. The Bulldogs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Minutemen on Tuesday, too.

Somerset got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jasmine Garcia out in front who posted 12 points and eight rebounds. Garcia is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Delilah Tamez, who almost dropped a double-double with 15 points and nine steals.

Somerset smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 21 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in 11 consecutive contests.

Somerset's record is now 7-9. As for San Antonio Memorial, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Somerset will welcome Marion at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for San Antonio Memorial, they will face off against Fox Tech at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
