Bureau Valley won the last time they faced Galva and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Bureau Valley Storm blew past the Galva Wildcats 59-34. The Storm have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matches by 23 points or more this season.

Several Wildcats players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Blake Stahl, who posted eight points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jay Smith, who scored seven points.

Bureau Valley has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-9 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.7 points over those games. As for Galva, their defeat dropped their record down to 18-6.

Bureau Valley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 54-36 win against Annawan on the 7th. As for Galva, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 90-45 victory against Knoxville on the 7th.
