Baseball Recap: Cambridge Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Dekaney, Cambridge was happy to have turned things around on Friday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Bryan Vikings a 4-0 shutout. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lions.

Cambridge now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Bryan, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2-1.

Cambridge wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 5-5 tie against Sam Rayburn on the 21st. Bryan has also already played their next contest (against A&M Consolidated), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
