Soccer Recap: Poquoson Comes Up Short

Poquoson managed to keep up with Lafayette until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Islanders came up short against the Rams, falling 6-1. Poquoson have struggled against Lafayette recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Poquoson's loss dropped their record down to 4-10-2. As for Lafayette, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-5-2.

As of now, neither Poquoson nor the Rams have any future games scheduled.
