Softball Recap: Adams City Eagles vs. Skyview Wolverines

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Vista PEAK Prep, Adams City was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Skyview Wolverines with a sharp 16-3 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2023.

Leyla Jaquez made a big impact no matter where she played. She struck out nine batters over five innings while giving up three earned runs off seven hits. Jaquez was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-5 with a home run, two stolen bases, and five RBI.
