The biggest upset of the week belonged to Bennett/Olmsted, who took down 194th ranked Williamsville East, 28-25.
West Seneca East extended the longest winning streak in Section 6 A - South this week by beating Hamburg, 34-14. The win marks sixth in a row for the the Trojans.
Iroquois's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Matt Keating threw for 84 yards and Tyler Miller had 48 yards receiving. On the ground Miller chipped in 177 yards. Nate Wilkinson helped Iroquois' passing attack out by catching four balls for 33 yards.
Iroquois' offense has been unstoppable this season and the Chiefs feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Keating has thrown for 613 yards and nine touchdowns this season, while Wilkinson has 23 catches for 341 yards. Miller leads the league in rushing with 479 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when the Chiefs take on the Bulldogs. At the moment, Iroquois is in second, while Hamburg is in fourth.
The Tigers moved up to 457 from 544 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Section 6 A - South. A 28-25 win over the Flames helped Bennett/Olmsted improve its standing.
