Softball Recap: Union Area Scotties vs. Neshannock Lancers

Union Area fought the good fight in their extra-innings game against Neshannock on Monday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Lancers by a score of 6-4. The Scotties haven't had much luck with the Lancers recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Mia Preuhs put in work while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 14 batters over ten innings while giving up three earned (and two unearned) runs off three hits.
