Softball Recap: Klein Collins Comes Up Short

Saturday just wasn't the day for Klein Collins's offense. They came up short against the Oak Ridge War Eagles on Saturday, falling 18-0. The loss leaves the Tigers still looking for their first win of the season.

Klein Collins' defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Oak Ridge, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 11-3.

Looking ahead, Klein Collins will be taking part in a tournament against Willis at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Oak Ridge, they will head out to square off against Cy-Fair at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Oak Ridge's pitching crew has only allowed 3.9 runs per game this season, so Cy-Fair's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
