Basketball Recap: South Heart Find Success

South Heart won the last time they faced Beach and things went their way on Thursday too. The South Heart Eagles snuck past the Beach Buccaneers with a 49-44 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

South Heart has also been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 6-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.4 points per game. As for Beach, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-11.

South Heart will be playing at home against Linton/Hazelton-Moffit-Braddock at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Linton/Hazelton-Moffit-Braddock will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something South Heart surely won't give up without a fight. Beach has already played their next contest (against Richardton-Taylor), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
