Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Geneva). They never let the Holy Cross Knights onto the board and left with a 6-0 win on Thursday. The score was close at the half, but the Eagles pulled away in the second half with five goals.

The victory (which was Geneva's third in a row) raised their record to 4-6-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those three contests. As for Holy Cross, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.

Coming up, Geneva will head out to take on Holy Cross at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Holy Cross, they will welcome The Christian School at Castle Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
