Softball Recap: Old Bridge Takes a Loss

After flying high against Metuchen last Tuesday, Old Bridge came back down to earth. The Knights came up short against the St. Thomas Aquinas Trojans on Thursday, falling 11-2. The Knights were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Trojans apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Old Bridge's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for St. Thomas Aquinas, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Old Bridge has already played their next contest, a 20-5 win against Kennedy Memorial on the 4th. St. Thomas Aquinas has also already played their next match (against Spotswood), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
