Softball Recap: Fillmore's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Fillmore waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They blew past the Carpinteria Warriors 19-0. The Flashes might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by 13 runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Justine Arenas, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI. Another player making a difference was Jennie Ponce, who went 3-for-5 with one RBI.

Fillmore always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .558. The last time their OBP was this high was back in March of 2024.

Fillmore's win bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Carpinteria, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 0-9.
