Basketball Recap: Goldwater Comes Up Short

Goldwater lost against Thunderbird on January 9th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Goldwater Bulldogs were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 40-39 to the Thunderbird Titans. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Goldwater's defeat dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Thunderbird, their win bumped their record up to 7-12.

Goldwater won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Shadow Mountain at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Thunderbird, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll face off against Paradise Honors at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
