Baseball Recap: Kennedy Wins Going Away Against Natomas

Kennedy's game last Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Natomas Nighthawks with a sharp 11-5 win. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Cougars as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Kennedy's win bumped their record up to 2-6. As for Natomas, their loss was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-3.

Kennedy has already played their next match, a 17-5 victory against Johnson on the 7th. As for Natomas, they will hit the road for the first time this season to face off against El Camino at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. Natomas is facing El Camino at the right time seeing as El Camino is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
