Mercer extended their road winning streak to nine games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Anna Allen. The Mustangs walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Wilmington Greyhounds on Monday thanks in part to Allen, who had 17 digs and four aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Mercer was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-14, 22-25, 25-17.

Mercer's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Wilmington, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mercer will head out to square off against Sharon at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wilmington, they will venture away from home to challenge Kennedy Catholic at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
