Basketball Recap: Bishop Diego Takes a Loss

Bishop Diego lost against Arroyo Grande back in December of 2015 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bishop Diego Cardinals might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Arroyo Grande Eagles an easy 73-48 victory.

Bishop Diego has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-7 record this season. As for Arroyo Grande, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-8.

Bishop Diego and Sherman Oaks CES will round out the year against one another at at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Arroyo Grande, they and Santa Ynez will face off at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played.
