Soccer Game Preview: Rancho Dominguez vs. Banning

Rancho Dominguez hasn't had much luck against Banning recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Lobos will square off against the Pilots at 4:30 p.m.

On Wednesday, Rancho Dominguez didn't have quite enough to beat Gardena and fell 3-2.

Meanwhile, Banning was not the first on the board on Wednesday, but they got there more often. They skirted past San Pedro 2-1. The win was familiar territory for Banning, who have now won three contests in a row.

Banning's record now sits at 9-3. As for Rancho Dominguez, their loss dropped their record down to 5-7-1.

Rancho Dominguez suffered a grim 5-0 defeat to Banning in their previous matchup back in December of 2025. Can the Lobos avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
