Football Recap: Madison Trojans vs. Ferris Yellowjackets
Madison had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They were dealt a 48-21 defeat at the hands of the Ferris Yellowjackets. The Trojans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Yellowjackets apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2015.
Brandon Mcneal had an outrageously good game for Ferris as he rushed for 108 yards and four touchdowns on only 11 carries. Derrick King was another major influence, as he rushed for 79 yards and ran in a TD.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Madison will face off against Molina at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Ferris, they will square off against Peaster at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
