Basketball Recap: Woodlawn Comes Up Short

Woodlawn was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat. They came up short against the Pikesville Panthers, falling 72-48. The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Woodlawn's defeat dropped their record down to 2-18. As for Pikesville, they pushed their record up to 7-12 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Woodlawn does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pikesville, they will head out to challenge Glen Burnie at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
