Volleyball Recap: Audrey Jones and Shamya Johnson Secure Win for IC Imagine

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only IC Imagine walked away with it. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over The Franklin School of Innovation Thunderbolts on Monday. The Kingfishers haven't had any issues with the Thunderbolts recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant IC Imagine was: they took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-10, 25-6.

IC Imagine was led to victory by Shamya Johnson and Audrey Jones. Johnson had seven aces, while Jones had eight kills and one block. What's more, Johnson posted two digs, the most she's had since back in September.

IC Imagine's victory bumped their record up to 12-4. As for The Franklin School of Innovation, they dropped their record down to 3-9 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Coming up, IC Imagine will host Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Franklin School of Innovation does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
