In what's become a running theme this season, the Oak Forest Academy Yellowjackets gave their fans yet another huge victory on Saturday. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 70-29 win over Silliman Institute. The win was familiar territory for Oak Forest Academy who now have six in a row.
Oak Forest Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Trendan Spears, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and ten assists. Garrett Shoemaker was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds.
Oak Forest Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record this season. As for Silliman Institute, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.
