Frisco piles up the points against Turner

There's no place like home for the Frisco Raccoons, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Friday. They blew past Turner 66-39 at home. That 27 points margin sets a new team best for Frisco this season.

Turner's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Sahil Anand, who scored eight points. Another player making a difference was Rodney Gray, who scored seven points along with six rebounds and five assists.

The win got Frisco back to even at 12-12. As for Turner, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 15-10.

Frisco will head out on the road to take on Creekview at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Creekview will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings (they are ranked 598th, while Frisco is ranked 270th). As for Turner, they will be playing at home against Wakeland at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Wakeland is coming into the match on a five-game losing streak.
