Volleyball Recap: St. Michael's Find Success

St. Michael won the last time they faced The Woodlands Christian Academy and things went their way on Friday too. St. Michael's walked away with a 2-0 win over The Woodlands Christian Academy. The victory made it back-to-back wins for St. Michael's.

Claire Montgomery paced St. Michael's offense, picking up 20 kills. Montgomery got some help from Ellie Ogden and her 15 assists. Montgomery was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

St. Michael's victory bumped their record up to 14-5-1. As for The Woodlands Christian Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

St. Michael's wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart on the 5th. As for The Woodlands Christian Academy, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Fort Bend Christian Academy on the 5th.
