Acuff is the second-leading scorer on the Nike EYBL 17U circuit, averaging 24.0 points, 2.6 rebounds and 2.6 assists per contest. He is shooting 49.1 percent from the field, 35.9 percent from 3-point range and 87.5 percent from the free throw line.
The 6-foot-3 guard has scored 17 or more points in each of his 10 games this spring, including 32 against the Oakland Soldiers, 31 vs. Team Durant and 29 with five assists in a win over NW Rotary Rebels.

Regarded as the No. 4 prospect in the Class of 2025 according to
247Sports, Acuff was one of the top performers on the Nike EYBL 17U circuit last season also as he averaged 20.1 points, 3.9 rebounds and 3.8 assists per contest to guide The Family to a 10-7 record in regular season action.
Acuff earned second team MaxPreps Junior All-America honors last season after averaging 20.4 points and 5.5 assists per game to help IMG Academy to the No. 6 spot in the final National Top 10.
During the 2022-23 season at
Cass Tech (Detroit, Mich.), Acuff earned second team MaxPreps Sophomore All-America honors and was named the MaxPreps Michigan Player of the Year. He led the program to its first state title, posting 21.4 points and 5.7 assists per contest in his final season in his native state.
