After soaring to 59 points the game before, Fullerton was a bit more limited in their contest on Friday. They took a blow against the Central City Bison, falling 63-25. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Nebraska basketball rankings (they are ranked 228th, while the Bison are ranked 39th).

Despite the loss, Fullerton still got an impressive performance from Makayla Robinson, who made all 5 shots she took to post 15 points. Robinson continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.

Central City's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Reagan Fousek, who went 8-for-14 on her way to 20 points and eight steals. What's more, Fousek also posted a 75% three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's achieved since back in February of 2024. Hope Paup was another key player, going 9-for-10 to rack up 19 points.

Fullerton has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 8-14 record this season. As for Central City, the win (which was their 14th in a row) raised their record to 22-2.
