Football Recap: Aplington-Parkersburg Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Aplington-Parkersburg, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They walked away with a 27-14 win over the Hudson Pirates on Friday. The Falcons have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Pirates, too.

Aplington-Parkersburg's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-4. Those home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 42.7 points over those games. As for Hudson, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-4 record.
