Montgomery County will be up against a hot New Bloomfield team: the squad just extended their winning streak to three. The Wildcats were the clear victors by a 9-3 margin over Fayette on Tuesday. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by six runs or more this season.

Meanwhile, Montgomery County scored first but ultimately less than Warrenton in their match on Monday. They fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 7-6. While the Wildcats didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Warriors 6-0 in the first period.

New Bloomfield pushed their record up to 4-3 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.0 runs over those games. As for Montgomery County, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.
