Basketball Recap: Cypress Ridge Takes a Loss

Cypress Ridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They lost 61-36 to the Memorial Mustangs. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rams this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 48-17 back in December of 2024.

Cypress Ridge's record is now 6-20. As for Memorial, their victory bumped their record up to 17-14.

Cypress Ridge will host Cypress Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Cypress Ridge is facing Cypress Creek at the right time seeing as Cypress Creek is stuck on a three-game losing streak. Memorial has already played their next game (against Cy-Fair), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
