Baseball Recap: Jordan Comes Up Short

If Jordan was riding high fresh off their 6-0 takedown of Cinco Ranch last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Jordan fell 5-1 to the Seven Lakes Spartans on Friday. The Warriors have struggled against the Spartans recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Jordan saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Henry Surcouf, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Jordan's loss dropped their record down to 14-8-1. As for Seven Lakes, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-7.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Seven Lakes beat Jordan by a score of 5-1 on Saturday.
