Volleyball Recap: Alabama School for the Deaf Comes Up Short

Alabama School for the Deaf was the 2-1 winner over Mississippi School for the Deaf when they last played one another on Saturday, but their luck changed this time around. The Silent Warriors fell 2-0 to the Bulldogs on Saturday.

Alabama School for the Deaf was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-22.

Alabama School for the Deaf's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Mississippi School for the Deaf, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-5.

Looking ahead, Alabama School for the Deaf will challenge Fayetteville at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mississippi School for the Deaf, they have already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Florida School for the Deaf & Blind on the 11th.
