Basketball Recap: Waterford-Halfmoon Takes a Loss

Waterford-Halfmoon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were beaten by the Canajoharie Cougars 81-48.

Waterford-Halfmoon's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Canajoharie, their victory bumped their record up to 7-4.

When Waterford-Halfmoon and Canajoharie next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Waterford-Halfmoon will try to stop Saratoga Central Catholic's nine-game winning streak when the meet at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Similarly, Canajoharie will face off against Duanesburg and their four-game winning streak at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
