Volleyball Recap: Ribault Comes Up Short at Home Against Raines

Ribault unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They lost 3-0 to the Raines Vikings on Tuesday. If the Trojans were looking for revenge after losing 3-2 to the Vikings when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

While Ribault was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Raines' winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-17, 25-18.

Ribault has already played their next matchup (against Riverside), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Raines, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-1 defeat against Andrew Jackson on the 20th.
