Metuchen had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.4 runs) and they went ahead and made it six on Monday. They put the hurt on the Piscataway Chiefs with a sharp 11-1 victory. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by six runs or more this season.

Not much got past Lucas Malamug, who gave up just two hits and racked up six Ks to keep Piscataway off the board. Malamug has been consistent: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in five consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Matt Jelleme, who went 3-for-4 with four RBI and two runs. Aeneas Ralph was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two runs and two RBI.
