Basketball Recap: Spring Hill Takes a Loss

Spring Hill played a tough match on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt a 65-37 loss at the hands of the Mill Valley Jaguars. The Broncos have struggled against the Jaguars recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Despite the loss, Spring Hill still got an impressive performance from Martin Frigon, who posted 12 points. Another player making a difference was Peyton Mcevoy, who scored three points.

Spring Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Mill Valley, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season.

Spring Hill won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Gardner-Edgerton at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Mill Valley has already played their next match, a 0-0 tie against Olathe South on the 24th.
