Brennen McGuire Game Report: @ Waterloo

On Friday Brennen McGuire posted five points along with 14 boards and five assists, good enough to set a new career-high in boards in the process. As if that's not impressive enough, the matchup was also his fifth in a row with two or more steals. On the year, he has averaged 8.6 points, 3.5 steals, and 8 boards.

McGuire and River City Believers Academy will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Gateway Christian at 6:00 p.m. on January 21st. The Soldiers had to take a loss when they last met the Eagles, but McGuire had little to do with the loss: he almost dropped a double-double on nine points and ten boards.
