Enterprise waltzed into their game on Friday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They never let the McLaurin Tigers get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 19-3 last Tuesday.

Brody Smith was incredible, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with six RBI, one run, and one double. Those six RBI gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Henry Powell, who scored three runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

Enterprise always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .625. They are a perfect 8-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

Enterprise's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-11. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 17.7 runs over those games. As for McLaurin, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Enterprise will square off against Northeast Jones at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Bulldogs' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Tigers have averaged an impressive 6.9 runs per game this season. As for McLaurin, they will challenge Discovery Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. McLaurin is facing Discovery Christian at the right time seeing as Discovery Christian is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
