Basketball Recap: Mountain Valley Takes a Loss

Mountain Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. The match between them and the Madison Bulldogs didn't end well, with the Mountain Valley Falcons falling 38-23. The Falcons were not able to make up for their loss to the Bulldogs from their previous meeting back in December of 2023.

Mountain Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Madison, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-4 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Madison beat Mountain Valley by a score of 38-23 on Wednesday.
