Football Recap: Sayre Comes Up Short

Sayre and Wynnewood squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Sayre had to settle for second. They came up short against the Savages, falling 34-14.

Sayre's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Wynnewood, their victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-0.

Sayre does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Wynnewood, they will face off against Pawhuska at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
