Basketball Recap: Canby Takes a Loss

Canby lost against Wilsonville back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Canby Cougars fell just short of the Wilsonville Wildcats by a score of 58-56.

Canby's loss dropped their record down to 13-9. As for Wilsonville, their victory was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 22-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Canby will venture away from home to challenge Hillsboro at 5:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Wilsonville, they will square off against La Salle at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
